Our chalets offer a wide range of services, which should make you feel satisfied and comfortable.  Besides the following ones, we are also willing to comply with:

Services included in the price:

• welcome drink and cake after the arrival
• delivery of fresh baked goods and breakfast menu every morning
• sweet reward after skiing
• collection of delicious kinds of tee, coffee, fruits
• bottle of Slovak select wine
• wood for the fireplace
• cleaning and changing of towels
• concierge services
• own sauna (1.5 hour a day – included in the price, every other entry chargeable;  equipment: Finnish sauna with a capacity of max. 4 persons, rest room, WC, shower)
• possibility to order and get a 3-4 course gourmet dinner delivered
• assistance of the Wellness Hotel Grand reception when ordering extra services, e.g. masseur to the chalet, babysitting, delivery of morning info etc.
• fire ring with seating in the summer season
• ski and snowboard deposit in the winter
• fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, fireplace, TV, DVD, microwave
• free parking right at the chalet
• there is a possibility of reservation of a discounted ski pass (you can use your ski pass in the aquapark Tatralandia as the whole day ticket if you decide not to ski)
